Warp Tethers

Warp Tethers are artificial connections between Warpspace Bubbles and other branes that are used to stabilize a bubble's location within hyperspace. This works via constant exchange of energy between both ends, a useful result is that by controlling the amount of energy exchanged it can also be used to exchange information regardless of normal distance.
